A typical loggia, a covered exterior gallery or corridor on either ground or upper level is a one or two season affair. Thanks to current state-of-the-art technology and high performing materials, a modern loggia equipped with an envelope of motorized screens morphs into a permanent, climate-controlled extension of a home - a four-season, private space. These motorized screen solutions can be operated by means of a remote control or wall switch and retract out of sight when not needed. The ideal is a fully integrated, seamless solution (see examples below), built in collaboration with the architect, where all the hardware is concealed and the motorized screens and structural walls work in unison and complete harmony.
